👋 Hey beautiful ones! I’m Olivia (but you can call me Liv), and I’m here to guide you from outsourcing your power to embodying your inner wisdom. Over the past decade, I’ve supported hundreds of women through coaching, ceremony, and transformative experiences and I’ve witnessed the deep shift that happens when we finally learn to trust ourselves fully.

My path’s been anything but conventional: from teaching in UK classrooms and building a nonprofit in Haiti, to designing prison programs and diving deep into spiritual practice. Each chapter has taught me about transformation, connection, and the ecosystem of relationships we need to thrive.

These days, I work like a creative doula, holding space with tenderness while offering grounded, practical tools for sustainable growth. Clients come to me to get clear, grounded, emotionally sober and live and create at a softer more sustainable pace.

After building two organizations and spending four expansive years in Paris, I'm just emerging from what I called my “fallow year" so the ground is rich with wisdom and new teachings from this gorgeous chapter of rest.

I took a sacred pause to re-root and listen for what’s next. My loves, it was SO worth it.
